Barley

I managed a longer walk today. What a joy to be able to get out again. 
I walked along the farm field tracks through all the new crops growing. I needed to time my walk to miss the sharp showers that kept passing. 
Hopefully that is me on the mend now after a very painful experience of Kidney Stones. I still need to get a scan to see that there are no more in there, meanwhile I will just keep drinking water.
