First tomato

This Noire de Crimée is very nearly ready. The tomatoes have a bit gone their own ways this year, with side branches scrambling along the ground, but there are lots of fruit, so too late to intervene now.

Another very busy day for us all. The others are doing a spring clean of the entire house, with the towel and linen cupboards now categorised and labelled. Mr B is building shelves, and I'm just slogging through contracts. A lawyer on the other side of a deal praised my 'pragmatism', which was probably meant as a compliment, but just made me worry about what I'd missed!
