Cow and calf

Weather dull again with some sun.

Woke up with a headache.  Had an easy morning, walked down for the paper, had a couple of phone calls, had lunch and then S. came round and we went for a long walk along the sea wall.  Saw the cow and calf plus lots more, also saw a jay, green woodpecker, hare, rabbits great walk.  Decided to put on the extra too.
