This morning's bike ride wasn't that long (48 kms or so) but involved a lot of climbing and twisty descents. Afterwards, by chance, I came across one my old cycling diaries (sad, I know, to have had such things). It showed I'd done  the same route exactly thirty years ago. Disappointingly my ride time then was thirteen minutes quicker. Bikes have certainly improved, but my legs and descending nerve have not. Perhaps I could blame looking at the scenery for blips? Who am I kidding!
I've run out of old barns now, but hope you like this one.

Many thanks to Marlieske for hosting Derelict Sunday.
