The Glitter Ball

Ruby found (maybe stole?) this. Trotting through the streets last year she was suddenly next to me with this enormous ball in her mouth. Couldn't work out where she'd picked it up so we kept it.

It's filled with some sort of liquid and a light comes on and flashes when you bounce it and all the glittery bits inside spin around. Quite amazing really. Some kid is probably missing it.

We have a lot of tennis balls too which she has found around the neighbourhood and on the beach. Sometimes we lose them too and I hope another dog finds them.
