Laying the Foundations

Kazuko managed to speak a few words this evening. Valerie returned home in full health. I sketched out my next portrait. Any ideas?

Update - it was only after seeing the picture posted here that I noticed one of the eyes was too big. I've now fixed that. I guess that is what they call looking at things in a different way.
