SELF HEAL

Today I found yards of dark green thread wrapped around the roller of the vacuum cleaner and I have no idea where it came from. I can't think of any garments, mats, curtains or carpets of that colour in the house and can only wait until I suddenly come across something partially unravelled that I'd completely forgotten about. Also, I'm the only one who uses the vacuum cleaner, so it's a complete mystery.
