I wondered when I might start seeing liability waivers from services, particularly small businesses, struggling but needing somehow to get things going again.  Well, today, the first liability waiver landed in my inbox from a local place, it was thorough, and I don't blame them.


Parts of the state are rolling back some of the openings, but San Francisco and San Mateo counties are not on the 'monitored' list, so that's good, or something.  I guess.
