Part III

If the shed was going to take longer to demolish than anticipated, and the house was filled with shed contents, it made sense to first fit-out the spare room as though it were a garden shed. Lots of fun with an electric drill, shelving, screwdrivers, cross-bracing and wall fixings and hey presto, a nice dry garden shed upstairs indoors.

Back to the shed demolition and to get better access it would be best to get those two water butts out of the way. Full, naturally, and difficult to empty because the one with a hose connection has that at about halfway up and the one with a sensible drain at the bottom is fitted with a bath tap. So the only way to move the butts was to empty them first and the only practical way to do that was to drop a bucket into the top and haul it back out as though it were a well.

We're getting there but I swear the shed is laughing behind our backs.

This image is unrelated, but I rather liked this street.
