TOMATOES

Our son grows heirloom tomatoes from seed every year.
When we visited his family over the weekend, he gave us 
a huge amount to take home.  I gave a few to neighbors & 
a friend, but made sure we saved plenty for us.  Last night I made a caprese salad & tomorrow I am going to make a tomato & watermelon salad with mint.  Every bite of homegrown tomatoes brings back memories of Summers past.
