Lovely Surprise

We had a cold day with some light rain and sunshine at times.

This morning I had some Acupuncture and this afternoon I saw a Spinal care person. He said my spine was out of alignment. I may need another treatment. Hopefully I will be able to sleep better tonight.

Tomorrow I am off to Akaroa for a few days. The weather isn't looking great but helpfully I get a good day to prune my roses there... if not I have some library books to keep me going!.
