Comet Neowise

A poor shot of the comet taken with my iPhone; I was surprised it showed up at all. It’s 72 million miles away! We were on the mountain top not too far from our house, with a couple of photographers wanting to see this rare visitor. Next time it will pay a visit to us will be nearly seven thousand years from now. Maybe by then I have the equipment and skills to take a better photo.
We all were delighted to see it though.
