The clock's ticking.

Another EB tonight.  

The day started well with a 6.5k run around the forest paths and golf courses in the Hazlehead area.  But then I rather lost the plot and wandered through the rest of the day.  No harm, no foul and I will do better tomorrow.  Off to catch up on some blip comments now - that will banish any blues, it always does: but being reminded that all clocks are ticking louder these day will do me no harm.
