A late trip down to Lee Valley Park to hopefully see Smew. Not actually a difficult bird to see, but in that on the 16th, 22nd 24th & 26th it was one of my primary targets it's becoming a bit of a bogey bird this January and as you can see from today's photo the its bogieness continues. Not a bad male Pintail as compensation though.
