A piece of my heart broke today ...

I found out that a very dear friend passed away on Sunday. She was only 46. She was in excellent health and ran religiously every other day. She wasn't feeling well so she opted to stay home while her family went to dinner. When they came home she was gone. She was so full of life I just can't even believe it. She made beautiful cards, including this one, and sent them to me as gifts "just because". I will now send this one to her family ... I am just struggling to find the words ... there truly are none. I'm so sad.
