House Mural

Cycling through Burnby in the Yorkshire Wolds today and I saw this mural on the side of a house.  Not sure why someone would want to paint all of these screen characters onto their house, but it is strange really in that houses in England are not painted on pictorially like they are in in mainland European countries.
