Got on a bus for the first time in four months.
Went into Falkirk for the first time in four months.
Went into a shoppng centre for the first time in four months.
Sat down in a cafe with a coffee for the first time in four months.
Went to a supermarket for the first time in four months.
Drove a car for the first time in four months.
Bought it.

Not saying it was good to be back - it all felt a bit unreal - but it's a start. Hopefully, will soon have my own wheels and I can explore beyond the three-mile radius that has been my world since the middle of March.
And breathe...
