Life in Leith

I noticed this while I was on the bus and thought it would have been interesting to have looked at it in more detail but the traffic lights soon changed. It was painted in 1986 so has lost some of its bright colours but it still manages to illustrate the daily life of work and play in Leith in the first half of the 20th century. Leith has changed considerably since these depictions and has become quite a trendy place.
