More training

This morning I was on a half day course revalidating my Confined Space Entry training. 4 of us demostrated how to do a Rescue and how to monitor a crew working in a Confined Space. This was all done a Specialist training centre where they have a great set up. I have just finished filling out my Application form to become an assessor with the ITO ( Independent Training Organisation). I was approached a few years ago, but our previous Manager was more concerned about the cost of the downtime. Our new Manager is very encouraging as he can see the benifits.
