Long Arm

Not the long are of the law, but a week old bruise that is only just starting to show. So 11th July I was helping out with Jnr football training when afterwards a few of the lads had a kick-about and I went in goal. I was pleased with myself for stopping so many shots, but it came at a price! 

Oh to be a teenage again when recover didn't take so long...
