Relaxing

Sunshine and cloud, chilly start to the day but warm later.

This morning I joined the U3A walking group again, walked along the seafront as usual but had coffee in the park and didn't go into Southend. Went to the opticians to get my new glasses and into supermarket for some shopping as no queques.  I took the blip walking along the seafront and the extra is of the walking group relaxing over coffee. The other extra is the river which was so calm

This afternoon the hospital rang and I spent 40 minutes talking to someone from the radiotherapy dept.  Not looking forward to it but no other option and should get an appointment soon.  Went for a walk, chatted to some friends.
