On dry land

WFH today. My back has been bothering me for a couple of days so I had to keep getting up from working at the laptop to ease the ache.
I walked. I went for a run. Once I had finished I went for another walk. 
Ther heron was out on the pond and the terrapin was out for a bask in the late evening sunshine.
