Strange sourdough

Gratitude Project Day 196.

Today I am grateful for the beauty I glimpsed from our veranda this morning. In the distance, the mist was rising between the pine trees. The varied heights of the trees and the different shades of green made for a mesmerising sight.

My sourdough today was a little strange, with large bubbles that collapsed at the top of the loaf.
