Que?!

I was clearing some weeds next to the drive when I came across this.  At first I thought it was raindrops, or dew.  Realised that dew would have disappeared by that time of day, and it hadn’t rained.  Not sure what is. - something to do with frogs, or spiders?!   If touched it doesn’t disappear as water droplets would do!
