Gatekeeper butterfly

It was great to see this visitor to the garden, one of 4 butterfly species to make an appearance.

Astrophotography efforts were less successful, though I did manage to see 4 of Jupiter's moons they were just specs of light and not really worth sharing. I might try again tonight with hubby's 500mm lens, but I'm not sure if I'll manage a fast enough shutter speed. It was tough enough trying to keep them still last night.
