Smiling at You

This little Damselfly seems to be smiling at me. He was hunting and returning to this same spot so it was easy to get lots of photos of him. But it was really too hot to stay out there clicking away. Instead I got the power washer out and I worked in the shady area; I got really wet, it felt really good. It is supposed to be hot again tomorrow so I may plan to do something inside. I am anxious for it to cool off; I think Thursday is supposed to be a bit cooler. We could go to the beach but it is foggy there when it is hot in Portland. Maybe we will go over on Thursday or Friday.

Things are crazy in downtown Portland; I hope peace is restored soon.
