Finally......

....getting there with the bottom patio.

This is the result of shifting three tonnes of pebbles. It is almost done and a lot safer for Orla to venture in. 

The paths both on the left and right side were barely visible when this part of the garden was overgrown.

I've saved the three apple trees and blackcurrant bush but all the other wild stuff has been removed. I put down very heavy duty anti weed material before the pebbles so hopefully a bit more maintenance free. 

This patio is going to be a play area for Orla with a few maybe handmade structures. Claire wants some kind of house, swing and slide down there.
