Purell Torch

My brother showed me this amazing thing with fire (He's a pyromaniac) where he rolls a cone of paper with a handle, fills the cone with Purell (a hand sanitizer that has alcohol in it), and lights it. What is so amazing about it is that it doesn't burn the paper as long as there is still fuel, so he held it and it burned just like a torch, only singing the edges of the paper. Then the Purell stated dripping, and the blue fire followed the drip and it looked like liquid fire. I couldn't take a pic of that because if it had even dripped for more than a second, it would have lit my brother's hand on fire, because it had Purell on it too. Pretty cool idea.
