They're Dead, Jim

This is my newest surge-suppressing power strip, and the LEDs on it indicate it's functioning perfectly. But there's no actual power reaching the outlets. Just a bit annoying, and the lack of warranty documentation makes it even more so. I guess I'll strip the copper out for scrap.
