Common Blue

Having spent some time recently chasing - and failing to catch up with - these Blues, for some reason this one decided it liked where it was and wasn't going to move however close I got to it. It also decided not to open its wings but you can't win them all.
The car had to go in for new brake pads and whilst that was being done, off I trotted with Ruadh to the beach at Lionacleit. All sorted and back home with neighbours A&D round for dirnks, with A&*S joining us too probably having heard the corks being pulled!
Outside with no sun and a fairly stiff breeze, summer seemed a way away. It will seem closer I am sure in the Ardeche next Monday.
