THE PUMP HEAD

I'm supposing this bit of metal that sits in the stream has something to do with draining the rain off The Moor, it probably hasn't!
Found it when I took the car for a spin at lunchtime, the old girl doesn't like being left for more than three days and lets me know it by refusing to start without jump leads, one day I'll work out why, until then I'll do as I'm asked.
