Our Journey is a process

By journeysprocess

Life's pleasures . . .

. . . are in the simple things.

Our little Wally has responded quickly to her treatments.  Her eating and drinking has improved, and with medication her outside visits are improved.  And she slept most of the night, which was great for both of us.

But she still wants to be really close to us. She isn't a demonstrative dog at all.  She will very politely "ask" to be picked up and cuddled, but she isn't demanding at all.  Her communication is subtle and soft, and unfortunately when we are busy and wrapped up in something, often ignored.  When she is hurting or not feeling well, she is a slight bit more insistent.  We are sensitive enough with her to see that and respond.

So, forgive me, my friends, but she is asking for my time right now.  So, I may not be commenting much more tonight.

Have a great Friday, everyone!
