So excited!!

Since we moved to this house we have never had much success with garden birds. This is probably down to the squirrel population, but this winter seems to be a turn around. We have had very few squirrels in the garden and consequently the birds have been coming. I just caught this chap out of the corner of my eye. Its a terrible picture and also taken through a mucky window, but I don't care I am so chuffed to have a greater Spotted woodpecker in my garden!
