What a wonder!

I don’t think I’ve ever given so much study to a sunflower or noticed it’s ‘Spirograph’ qualities! The shapes are mesmerising!
This is one of four sunflower plants this year, two will flower very soon and the other is just a shoot. The shoot came in a giant pot with a magnolia in, it came from Steve’s garden and he was desperate for us to care for it. which initially my identification app suggested was a runner bean! We will wait and see! An early finish and trip to the garden centre for some hanging basket flowers was nice!
