Kristiansund, Norway

Kristiansund is on the western coast of Norway. Another small and charming town.  It is most famous for being Norway´s klipfish capital for 300 years. From 1950s Aalesund is the town that export most klipfish. 

Klipfish is dry and salted cod that is used in bacalao. So you might have guessed what's for dinner tonight :-)
