Lavender

We had the Grandchildren for their first sleepover since lockdown. It was so good to have them and they were so excited when I collected them from their house. We took a picnic to Gibside and thankfully the thundery down pours kept away and the sun shone for us.
I picked some lavender from the garden, I have two fairly large plants, gave some to my neighbour. Love the smell of lavender.
