Only a squall
We're on the road tomorrow, heading to Dorset to see family, but the forecast is not promising. A warm and a cold front are heading in from the Atlantic and the wind will increase to over 40kts in the middle of the day, according to the Met Office. I don't fancy towing a caravan in that sort of wind, so we might adjust our departure time, depending on the actual weather in the morning.
But this afternoon the wind got up and the sky darkened as if the fronts were already approaching, so I took a few photos of the rather threatening sky. But it last only an hour or so before the wind dropped and the sun reappeared – only a slight squall, I suppose.
