Painting time

Had a lovely time yesterday with my pastel friends, painting outdoors on a beautiful day here in the Pacific Northwest. I continued painting when I got home and I'm sharing what I did. Another from Index, Washington. I'm really enjoying these small studies of this beautiful place.

We of course discussed the horror that is happening here in Portland and now Seattle and it's terrifying to think about how this can come to an end.
