Grey day - grey bin

Today has been pretty grim weather wise and for once work flew by. It meant only a short walk and lack of blip opportunities so what to blip for the mono Monday challenge. 60plus hosting (thanks) and the theme is 'restricted or restrictions'.
As its bin day for us I noticed the very worn sign on the bin telling me what the restrictions were on contents. Blip done!!
