Restricted Access

It was relatively straightforward to find examples of restriction while out with the dog this afternoon - No Entry, don't park here, speed limit, bollards preventing vehicle access etc. Although this padlock and chain prevents the gate opening, if I wanted to get in then I would just climb over it - but it's restrictive.
