Hovenweep National Monument

This was not my intended photo today. I managed to delete the photo that I went out and got in the heat of the day. I am working on getting more shots of people interacting or street shots. Back at it tomorrow.

This shot I took last September when I was on blip hiatus. It's in southwestern Colorado where there are many wonderful ancient Native American ruins. The Pueblo Indians that built these ruins in the 12th century were master stone masons. Hovenweep has ruins all over in this area and also southeastern Utah. I so admire their culture.
