I have never tried to make a hot water pie crust until now. It turned out great! The filling is so easy...about a cup of fresh squeezed lemon and lime juice mixed with two cans of condensed milk, mix well, pour into pie crust of choice and refrigerate for a couple of hours. (the filling will set up)
