Pork Chop

Pork chop, carrot salad, and buttermilk biscuits. Wine: Rusack Sauvignon Blanc 2018.

It is easy to be buried in a backlog of carrots from our CSA. I recently invested in a julienne peeler, which makes it much easier to make a carrot salad. The results are less time consuming that julienning with a knife, and make for a better texture than using a grater.
