Day of working from home.
V. Early run followed by some yoga. I was feeling very out of balance yesterday so it has helped to regroup and ground my self.
Z took kids swimming.

Spending alot of evening time in the shed at the moment as working on a little project for my dad's birthday. Nearly done now. Lots of sanding.
