Gave Ben some money to drop into the pile of the busker in the High Street this afternoon. After doing this she asked him if she could play a song for him, what would he like and chose ‘you got a friend in me’ . She was a great singer and played it with her electric ukulele! He was so chuffed.

My left leg is still painful after the climb on Friday . Doing loads of stretching and foam rolling to try and get the fresh blood in.

Must be an age thing taking longer to recover!
