A rough day in the Skagerrak

A late morning after last night's late arrival but we found an amazing bakery (Backstube) for breakfast.
Then a brisk walk to the terminal.
After embarking in Oslo and a light lunch, the ferry cruised through the Oslo fjord and ever worsening weather.

The moment the ship left the fjord the voyage got a lot rougher and the youngest really felt it.
But we all spent the afternoon lying down and snoozing and listening to an audio book.
After passing the northern tip of Jylland the waves finally dropped and we recovered.

Dinner eventually happened at 8.30pm, a bit late but no-one was tired after all that sleep!
