Cluck off C!

Got a call today from my bestie with the awful news that one of my oldest friends has just been diagnosed with stage 4 bowel cancer. Utter shock and disbelief. I’m now heading home to Devon on Saturday for a week or so.

The rest of the day was a bit of a blur apart from going for a run to try and clear my head and taking a tumble as my mind was elsewhere - now got bloody hands and a sore knee to round the day off nicely :(
