The annual visit to Isle of Lime distilleries

The guide Marek gave us a short history of this Swedish distillery in Gotland.  We also had the opportunity to taste three of their latest products and, also a few drops of pure alcohol from the still. (See today’s extra.)  Quite good, but a bit strong.  No bad taste to get rid of in the aging process. We were told that other distilleries might have that problem…
