still a bit all over the place...
the start of the metamorphosis towards Thordom... the first of the really outrageously fierce downpours... but then, for the first time on record there's been no typhoons at all during July, so the island needs the rain and, to be fair, it's really enjoyable when it's this fierce...today having the added benefit that it was a little bit chilly which gained bonus points for that sense of cooling down...
