We went our seperate ways this morning.  I went for a walk - to Ravensheugh which is the longest I have done since the operation.   Had a spectacular encounter with a curious young kestrel.  Flew close to me a couple of times before flying off.   Brother and family visited this afternoon.  First time I had seen them all since March.
